  • My dog needs to be leashed most of the time, is that a problem?
Majority of the dogs I photograph stay on leash. The only time they would be offered to go off-leash is when we’re working in a fenced-in area but it is always an option. It is always up to you if you feel your dog does well at recall and it is always based on you and your dog's comfort level.
  • Where do we do the session? What is the location for it?
I am always looking for a new spot and the most important thing is to make sure it fits your dog and you as well! If you need any help I do have favorite spots here in Michigan! *born and raised here so I know a lot of good spots!
  • Can I be in the photographs?
Of course! Actually, this is a hill I will lovingly go to. I want everyone to be in at least a few photos with your dog. The experience I offer is to capture the connection YOU have with your dog. Your relationship deserves to be documented! If you are nervous or do not like your photo being taken...don't worry I got you! I’ll help you every step of the way, from choosing your style to guiding you into each pose that makes you look and feel wonderful.  If you do not like to get your photograph taken, I have several poses that do not involve you smiling at the camera.  If you’re extremely camera shy, there are plenty of creative ways to show off your bond while keeping the focus on your pup. You do not need to purchase any imagery that you do not love!
  • How do I book you for a competition?
I am so glad you want me to capture your amazing pup on your special day. All you need to do is Check out my Canine Champion Inquiry Form to get started!
  • Do I have to be at a competition for you to capture my dog in its athletic form?
No, I am happy to capture your dog at a park, at practice, or in your backyard. Please fill out the Canine Winner form and we can get planning!
  • What happens if it rains?
Most of the sessions we do are outside if the weather doesn’t cooperate with us, we may need to reschedule. I’ll be monitoring the weather a few days ahead of our session and will be in touch if rescheduling is in order.

  • My pooch is camera shy

  • I'd love to book a session but my dog is older.
I am so sorry to hear that. This part of the canine journey just sucks. I have been in that situation many times in my life & I know how heartbreaking it is and how quickly things can happen. Please let me know when we chat so we can get started on this process. *just know I’ll do everything I can to alter my schedule to fit you in any way I can*
